1. Flexible Working Hours: The work will be completed within a reasonable timeline, with flexibility in working hours; any delays due to client-side hold-ups or feedback delays may shift delivery dates.

2. Limited Revisions: This project includes limited design revisions; extra revisions outside the agreed scope will be chargeable as per discussion.

3. Extra Charges for Additional Changes: Any additional screens, features, or design variations beyond the initial scope will incur additional charges, discussed and agreed upon beforehand.

4. Milestone-Based Payments: The project will follow a milestone-based payment structure, and each milestone must be paid in full before the next stage begins.

5. Advance Payment: A 50% advance payment is required before the project begins to confirm booking and commitment.

6. Non-Refundable Payments: All milestone payments, including the advance, are non-refundable as they cover time and resources already invested.

7. Final Payment & Handover: The final Figma (.fig) file, source files, and all assets will only be shared after 100% payment is received.

8. Late Payment Penalty: Delays in milestone or final payments beyond 5 working days may result in late charges (flat or percentage-based) and pausing of the project until dues are cleared.

9. Payment Modes: Accepted payment methods include UPI, bank transfer, or other agreed modes, and proof of payment must be shared for confirmation.

10. Ownership & Usage Rights: Full rights to use the designs and assets will be granted after full payment; however, reselling, redistribution, or claiming authorship of the design without written permission is strictly prohibited.

11. Feedback & Communication: Clients must provide feedback within 2–3 working days of each delivery; all project communication should occur through email or a mutually agreed platform (e.g., WhatsApp, Email, Teams).

12. Content & Input Responsibility: Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content (logos, text, images, etc.) before or during the design process; delay in providing content may affect the timeline.

13. Platform & Responsiveness: Designs will be created for the platform(s) and screen resolutions discussed initially; additional device layouts or platforms will be chargeable.

14. Confidentiality: Both parties agree not to disclose any confidential information related to the project without prior written consent.

15. Designer's Portfolio Rights: The designer reserves the right to showcase the project in their portfolio or on social platforms; for private/NDAs, this should be discussed before the project begins.

16. Project Completion & Approval: Once the final milestone is completed and submitted, the client must review and confirm approval; any changes after approval will be chargeable.

17. Project Cancellation: If the project is canceled midway, the client must pay for all work completed up to that point, and no refunds will be issued for completed milestones or the advance.

18. Third-Party Asset Charges: If the client requests specific premium assets (e.g., paid images, icons, fonts, or plugins), the client is responsible for these additional costs; the designer will inform the client in advance and proceed only after approval.
